“In a freak occurrence, Davey, the sweetest boy, says something terrible. His worried parents send him for counselling with a leading psychoanalyst. The psychoanalyst, on the verge of a major breakthrough, uses him in his experiments. Davey’s Id takes over and tries to murder his Ego and Super-Ego. His mother melts. His father gets lost in a dream and his Id begins plotting against him. Will Davey ever return to normal? Or will his Id succeed with its dark intentions? A Silent Scream is a surrealist psychological drama that exploits Freudian theory by giving the concepts a physical form.” (From the CPO Website)
